I'm often asked how to cook chicken in the oven juicy and drenched in spices. In this recipe, I'll show you how to achieve this result. Ingredients and preparation:
Chicken, 1800g
Trim off excess fat
Make some cuts
Place chicken in a bag
1 lemon
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 to 4 bay leaves
20 ml lemon juice
25 grams of salt
1 liter of water
Heat water until warm
Pour in water and stir gently
Let marinate for 30 minutes or more
150 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil and ½ teaspoon salt
Once marinated, remove the chicken from the bag and pat dry
Cut the chicken as shown in the video
Coat both sides of the chicken with the marinade
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 50 minutes at 200°C
400 grams of mushrooms
Heat a pan with olive oil
Fry over high heat until browned
1 onion
1 pepper
¼ - ½ chili pepper
Fry for a few minutes over high heat
Then put the lid on and fry over medium heat
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 clove of garlic
When the vegetables are soft, add the garlic
Fry for 30 seconds
Add the sauce
A little salt (to taste)
Black pepper
Parsely
Cook for another 30 seconds and turn off
Serve with rice, you can also serve it instead of meat
I wrapped the wing tips in foil as they started to turn brown
