@@JGLuxe Luckily none of these will miss. They can literally only go up, and they're at the age now where it will really start to go up. Also, having assets is a big deal. You can increase leverage for better and bigger deals at banks.

An investment is still an investment regardless of if you sell or not. The investment's value goes toward your networth. Whether that's traditional stocks or a box of a children's video game.

These aren't investments, anyone that collect collectibles knows they aren't. These are purely for gags and memes. Mizkif scammed himself long term. These boxes are literally cardboard w/ very simple printers(not home printers lol) and accessible files to print online, and the games themselves generally aren't worth anything. The amount of fakes on the market is insane, and the only reason they have blown up is influencer/creators hype, and Mizkif's very impressionable audience. Sealed graded boxes also are basically meaningless/EXTREMELY niche market, fakes get through and generally take up way too much space to be real investments. These are simply overpriced display pieces, lol.

not to forget that some of this rated "Sealed" Games are open on the side (you can see the red side on the rights on Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64). They are rated with checking the inside too and under the 85+ rating stays NM+ "qualifield", which means, it was opened on purpose. Not even close that much worth what he was paying in compare with an still factory Sealed Game. But hey, he has to much money anway, so this will not really hurt him. Maybe he find another guy that has not idea an giving his money back xD Something like this makes me sad as a collector. I do not collect any rated Game but i do collect sealed Games and seeing ppl with money just jumping on the market, just shows how they are just interessted because of money. He may played the Games in the past, but that's it. Like he mentioned in the video that he started this 1 year ago, where N64 Games exists since... 25 years now? Damn late to start collecting "if you are passionate" if you ask me :D
