@@ykri it was short lived as in the Hardstyle artists and DJs quickly moved away from using trance rooted tracks in their sets and sounds from the trance scene. It was only a couple years and then Hardstyle had it's totally separate scene that is not quite like the beginning was. Nobody quite yet had it figured what Hardstyle was or could be.
I still vividly remember sitting at the school-librarys computer in 4th grade when an upperclassman came over and showed me this exact video, saying something like ''check this out''. First time i ever heard hardstyle.
It's Special D, falsely attributed to Showtek. Special D was the shit, also DJ Dean, Cascada, Alice Deejay, Sylver, Brooklyn Bounce, Scooter, Kai Tracid, and so much more. Trance and eurodance was huge in the late 1990's and early 2000's!
Remember when you could watch a video without having to sit through a commercial? Remember when music videos were uploaded by users and not VEVO Remember when all the info was to the right of the video? Remember you could rate a video 1-5 stars? Remember the famous yellow subscribe button? Remember when the users controlled the site and not corporations? WE MISS THE OLD RU-vid! Post this in every video and lets start a youtube revolution!

You say Taylor Swift, I say D-Block & S-te-fan. 80% of teens these days listen to the same crappy pop over and over again. Because this technically isnt techno, this Genre is called HardStyle Lots more bass, awesome dances to it, Unique sounds, waayy difference from Trance and Techno. And all I can say is, welcome to the madness!!!
