Showtek brought me to Hardstyle 9 fuckin years ago. And last weekend on Defqon 1 I was able to see them on stage for the first time. I waited for 9 fuarkin years. I love this music. I love this video

+Tanacity so true, Although I saw them 2 years ago at a small venue and they stayed true to their old beats and hit it hard! But yea all their big venues these days are pretty lame. As early as 4 years ago though they were still true to the hardest of styles even for big evens. I have no interest in seeing them again because it'll taint my previous experiences. I actually met them during that set 2 years ago. Told um I miss Analogue Players days and really appreciated the throw back and they were like "your welcome, we glad to see we still have some old school fans".. So they definitely know what they've done.
I just learned that Showtek just released a track with Guetta... I'm just speakless... so I watch this to remember how great they used to be... because what you've done here guys is an insult to Hardstyle !!!
Dude they already quit Hardstyle. They can do electronic stuff no matters ! What's shocking me is seeing Showtek and Guetta on the same track. As a showtek fan and a hardstyle lover, it make me feel sad...

Went to Dance Valley two weeks ago and they were performing on the Main Stage (by the sides of Chuckie or Steve Angello guys like those...), wearhas Hardstyle Stage was full of legends like Proppy, Brennan H. or Zany... Coul'd be interresting to hear their opinion about such a 'style switch'

Man i miss these old hardstyle times. The scene got completely ruined after hardbass 2011. But even these old qlimax editions 2003-2009 were just badass and perfect. Also i miss the times with the original producers instead of all the new heads. People like atmosfearz, adrenalize and so on just don't bring the feeling of hardstyle with them. These old parties were badass
Might get hate for this but I actually think I like showtek's new big room style compared to their old hardstyle background. I just don't get as excited listening to hard style. Sorry guys. Just an opinion pleaze don't crucify me.
As hardstyle producers/djs, there were gods... As house/big room producers, there are very good too ! But hardstyle lose one of the best dj in the scene the day they decided to leave hardstyle behind ^^
Fantastic! This is what it should sound like! I somehow just can't go nuts over the hardstyle today. It is just boring and not crazy and wild. But as soon as old videos like this plays i can't stop dancing like there's no tomorrow. Bring this back and lets get rid of all the noob producers that has been signed recently
