Election Petition 91 of 2022, Peter Nupiri against Southern Highlands province Governor William Powi, and the Electoral Commission of PNG was heard before Justice Yagi at the Waigani National Court this morning at around 10am in Port Moresby.
Present to witness the hearing in court was the petitioner Peter Nupiri and other election candidates of the province and the also the respondent, Governor William Powi.
