So question i may sound dumb lol so on these websites buying fabric they only say half yard or a yard. Is this how they typically come and the you cut it more precisely as you did? like i want to make regular messy bows wraps sometimes and shredded ones too.

What can I use if I don’t have zip ties

I hv bought several rotary cutting tools from cheap to Expensive.. I can NEVER get them to work(cut) so frustrating🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
