Welcome back to another super fun Shred session and honestly I could not have ridden a better trail network to put the Jam2 SL through its paces. What a super trail, insane shreddly and fun ride. # - Apologies for the recording quality, it recorded in 4K but would only download in 1080… Thank you all for tuning in 👊
A great video Craig, an e-bike really has its advantages and the climb is so easy😁. Great ride and awesome jumps mate. Have a great weekend and ride on🤙
threw that e-bike around like it was nothin! I can say, after I went to an e-bike, I definitely feel a lot more stable. I thought the extra weight of an e-bike was gonna be a problem when you're in the air, then quickly found out that you don't even really notice it. killer video man!
Thanks Kiel, yes the heavier the more stability which is good, but the heavier the harder it is to throw it around and I’m not happy if I can’t be my hyperactive self on a bike 👊 We need to catch up for a ride before I have to give it back.. I rode Nerang the sarvo with Keithy, we were fkuk’d at the end.
Full Review is coming, unfortunately work has taken prioritys and pushed back my plans to have the review done sooner, its all there and just needs to be edited.
Hey thanks for the words, yes the full review will be coming shortly, unfortunately work plans have pushed back my hopes of getting the review out sooner. Stay Tuned.
@FlowmentumMTB great review I'm also looking to buy one , can you give it a spin without the battery installed and let us know how it rides , and if there's any motor drag or resistance compared to a normal mtb ? Cheers dude 👍
Cheers Dave, yes I’m rather impressed, to a point where I would take this over a full strength eBike. It’s met every demand I’ve given it up steep climbs and I did a 21km ride today and dropped just 2 bars from the 5.
Man that was a thorough shred to test it out. Great riding . Craig I’ve been looking at this bike the last few days. Great looking bike but I’m not sure if SL is for me. Does the smaller motor feel like a “full ebike” while climbing and does the smaller motor use less battery ? Being realistic I wouldn’t do many rides over 30km and the lighter weight means easier getting in and out of the Ute . I’m really interested in further reviews of this bike . Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce a fine video
@@mickfromrocky thanks heaps legend. The smaller motor is not as powerful as the full strength eBikes, it’s only a 60nm Vs 85/90nm in a full eBike but it pulls some serious power, I’m 110kilo and it climbs me up some serious climbs. I’ve not an issue with this size motor, I lose a bit of power but save a tonnage of weight. The battery is a 430watt Vs 700+watts for full eBikes but I’ve put close to 60kms in over the last 2 rides and still one bar showing from the 5. I would be buggered n shagged before this battery went flat.
@@FlowmentumMTB I really need to try a few more e-bikes . I really dig the idea of these smaller motors after doing a tonne of research . I don’t need to ride up a hill fast , just easier . I rode a mates Marin Alpine E a few months ago and loved it but man it’s a big bike . I’ll keep a eye out for other videos you put out on this bike . I’m seriously interested . It’s got some incredible reviews on the things that matter . Thank you for the reply and have a great week my man 👊
Nice video bloke, real shame to see Mt Cotton so blown out and hopefully they don't just let it go to complete shit!!!! Been thinking about a E bike lately and maybe a light E bike mite be the go, as you have no issue jumping it.
Thank you Mark, yes it’s getting substantially blown out and will be hard to fix if it gets too bad. 12 months back a lightweight eBike wouldn’t interest me as the motor were average but now it’s a new world of tec.
Hey thanks for the props, no I’ve not got a single rattle coming from mine at all. The motor is completely silent apart from the expected faint whine while pedaling.
Climbing is absolutely crazy considering the motor and battery size. Having a bike on or just under 20k helps as well but I rode Escalade for most of the climbs but did do the fire road as well and no issues even with my 110kilo body. I kept the mode on full for 90% of the rides but in the 8 weeks I had it I threw challenging climbs at it and would break traction before the power would give up. I won’t consider a full power eBike now.
Yeah it’s soo good right, tech n blown out. Thanks for the props and luckily enough for me I don’t know where you live so your driveway will stay bikekess 😎
@@kevinmartin225it has geometry adjustments and adjustable rear end so it has all the goods to customize the ride to suit your needs.. I’m overly impressed..
20G Bro. Will cost you another g to swap the brakes over. I rode that style for a while, it's Tard 😅 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fznv2uRSxGQ.htmlsi=uA09JjOx8bhmh8qe
