Shree Jagannatha Meditation I Mohanji 

Mohanji says that being connected to Lord Jagannath is our deepest Blessing. Jagannath is the Essence of the whole Universe and is huge, vast, and unfathomable.
When God personifies Itself in our midst to guide us to Itself, It has the form of Jagannath.
As Humans throughout innumerable lifetimes, we have been identifying ourselves with our form, our names, our positions, possessions, and relations, but we don't remember, and all our pain, sorrows, and disappointments are connected to these identifications.
The burdens of all these lifetimes and the weight of karma overshadow our Truth.
So God sends Itself, Its own Dimension to Earth to guide us to Himself so that we can destroy the delusion and connect to the Truth, the Unity, the Consciousness. Jagannath is Consciousness.
This particular meditation helps us assimilate the Essence of Jagannath and be One with It.
