Indian music encompasses the best in voices, lyrics and instruments. It is the beginning and ending of all beauty. We have been blessed to hear the most beautiful voices in our generation. From Lata, Rafi, Asha and Shreya and so many more who have given us hours and years of joy and happiness. I am truly grateful to you for uploading this video. Beautiful memories. Thanks ❤
None other than India is a heart of Music therefore, always give legends in all times...This is the country which has conquered the hearts and souls of the world's music lovers ♥ Such a melodious tribute ...Thanks Shreya
I don't think you know what you're talking about. She did full justice to the songs and to the singer. Please listen to the mini speech she made before and after the tribute, you'll realise that she has far more respect for Lata ji than you can imagine.
@@tam6753 am not talking about any disrespect, but the style was changed if you compare it with original track. In the guise of tribute, she cannot depict her method, different to original track! The other mistake she did is - she sung phir aapke nasib me yeh “raat” instead of “Baat” !!!!!!!!
@ramnikgala9759 Are you for real?? 1 tiny tiny tiny little 'mistake' (if you can even call it that), and you ignore such an outstanding artistic and emotional tribute? She has more respect and adoration for Lata ji and Lata ji's work than you ever will. Shreya has remained true to the compostion by Madan Mohan and she has also remained truw to the artistic interpretation of Lata ji. This is a TRIBUTE to Lata ji, not an "exact replica" of the song, which is a ridiculous thing to expect from someone whose name is not Lata Mangeshkar. Even Lata ji brought tiny little modifications to her songs when singing live, if you've ever seen some of her live performances. But if you prefer to spread hatred, please go ahead. On the other hand, Shreya will keep glorifying Lata ji and her art, as she does so impeccably. ❤️
@@tam6753 don’t take my critique as hatred ! Mistake is not justified with her, she’s a top singer ! She cannot glorify Lata, she was a legendary figure with topmost glory, there is no room for Shreya to glorify her
@@ramnikgala9759 so.,,she has to sound like a clone - without any originality....that'll be a better tribute? Every singer in office functions and mohalla events does (or, tries to do) that. And this is ALL you got from the entire 8.20 min video? Please do not embarrass yourself anymore and exit this thread, for your own sake.
