If you don't have tempura batter mix, follow below.
INGREDIENTS (for 7-8 shrimps)
50ml cold water
25ml sparkling water
8g potato starch or corn starch
40g weak flour (cake flour or all purpose) + extra for dusting
1/4 medium egg chilled
