actually we just order it from the manufacturer of the machine and as per manual they just call it only heating element with thier own part number

First check mo mga SSR, kpg ok check mo resistance ng mga heaters bk may busted n kya d mreach and temp setpoint. Lastly check mo voltage going to heaters bk nmn insufficient or wla
