@@ReplayMastersTekken it depends on what you think p2w is, the game will not sell any weapons or armor in the cash store, so you will need to farm everything in the game, it will work based on vip's that improve your xp and give some benefits that help the player but nothing that can't be done by anyone f2p. The game is free to play but needs to generate profit for the company so they will sell things that help but not things that make you win the game
