Thokku is basically kind of pickle but looks like kind of chutney coz we smashes mangoes instead of chopping into pieces....we make it with raw pickle mangoes, chilli powder, garlic and all..it tastes amazing with hot plain white rice and lots of ghee...and also with dosa, idli,upma and all ...It is famous in our rayalaseema region of AP..and TalimNadu mostly..
