yeah, our gaming laptop goes to around 70 even when just idle or browsing lol this is why i hate laptops for gaming, desktops are infinitely better.

while streaming 60C is actually pretty decent. if he was streaming and gaming and it was still under 70C, then thats good. though some AIOs can hit low 60s in those conditions

I am pretty sure you can't create an AC from a computer. Hot air need to go somewhere. If it ain't coming out of the PC, it is probably stayed in the PC. Also 11 fan doesn't mean anything with improper circulation.

kinda. CPU and GPU fans are designed to suck out the heat from the GPU and CPU, and using more than 2 fans for each will flawlessly distribute the heat evenly. As long as the room temperature is cold or well ventilated, then it gets goddamn cold.
