The same thing happened in REAL LIFE AS WELL. The kid from this film played last year's IPL from Mumbai Indians and Sushant wasn't alive to watch him play. Nature's vicious games.

when i was in class 8, i first saw this masterpiece movie..simce then,i had a crush on sushant...i used to see this movie each and every time whenever it came on zee cinema...this is the one and only movie i never felt bored while watching....... last year when sushant died,i got a sudden shock amd I was in a trauma like one and a half month...i came over that situation very hardly... I don’t know what to say, just shared my memories

This song n movie is the perfect personification of India as a country. 3 young men and the thickest of friends have their lives affected by politics and religion. The idealist, charmer and secular dies due to politics The emotional, swear by family and religious values guy spends better part of his life in jail n hence has no future The business minded guy always survives n thrives in life. What made this movie even more special is that they portrayed sports as the one unifying force which can help our kids grow beyond the petty differences of our ancestors.

00:01 to 00:16 is quintessential Sushant. A man with talent, ambition, vision, energy, jovial and warm. RIP.

This movie, its songs especially Shubhaarambh is very beautiful. One of my favourite movies. Kai Po Che, I think just resonates with Sushant's real life. In this film he is victim of politics in Cricket, in real life he was victim of nepotism, in movie he was shot by his own best friend and died, in real life he came under pressure from his own peers and so called colleagues and ultimately took his life.
