I'm born and raised in Harlem, shout out to Wagner. I now live in Sumter SC & love this new slow paced life. I can tell you without a doubt that Piggly Wiggly on Liberty Street make some of the best food around, including the nana pudding 😋.
@Ricardo Cadet & lisa ivy... Aww man... I was born and raised in Brooklyn... Bed-Stuy and ya'll right... it ain't the same... I'm in Charlotte NC and love the slower pace... food is excellent in NYC and country... NaNa Pudding... My favorite dessert ever 🍌
They probably was tired and didn’t feel like putting all those letters up. They figured only the locals shop there and they know what it means!!! Different way to look at it.
I lived in Charleston South Carolina from 1974 to1984 and our Piggly Wiggly store had a delivery van that drove you home with your groceries for free, that was a big help since we didn't have a car, therefore I'm not going to give them a hard time about spelling NANA PUDDING. 😊 🍌
I'm right down the road in SC, so I'll just say this: if I had a choice between 'nana pudding and banana pudding, I'm prolly gonna get the 'nana pudding. 🤷🏾♀️
Meanwhile we just ignore one of the 9's is a upside down 6 we just gone ignore that...right. The whole sign is in the struggle. Hope the NANA pudding on point.
My husband was from Sumter, SC! I went with him once. It's a really nice place! That was the first time I had heard of the piggy wiggly! He passed away 2013, may he rest in peace!
@@Leopard1inSC No we didn't. We had his service in Brooklyn, NY where we were living. His last name was Alston, and his family were Remberts and Dennis.
@@SONJASAVEDBYGRACEWhat is your full name? I don't remember any of the Remberts name. How about this; I grew up with his cousins Maxine and Darlene Davis! Their grandmother was a Rembert. Laura Jean Brock lives there now with her husband Bernard, her daughter Pumpkin, other cousin Lois Alston and Julia Mae Alston!
Haha, a tleast time they got closer to the real word. But all kidding aside, where I'm from nana pudding is a common way to say it. Yeah I'm Southern as hell.
That's what I was thinking that it was a person like Nana's pudding. like homemade pudding they was letting her sell in their stores because it was so good
Ohh I use to live in the Met..Passed through Sumter all of the time! You are right no place like home. Carolina girl until the day I die. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Thanks for keeping the smiles on our faces during this difficult time!
Haha, he's absolutely correct abt Sumter S.C....My wife is from Sumter and we got married in Alcolu SC right down the street from Sumter. Yup, as country as can be....🤣🤣
YES! Piggly Wiggly food at the deli is ALL 💣!! Fried chicken, collards, homemade Mac and cheese, all that! Just pick what you want. Everythang made in the kitchen deli. Old black people cook it too! So you know it’s gotta be called, “NANA PUDDING” . Shute, suprised it ain’t say “PUDDIN’”😂😂
Oh lawd! I thought they meant Nana's pudding...like made by grandma?! Not banana pudding! Nana pudding? Lawdamercy! Sorry Sumpter, y'all country as hell! 😅 😆😆
@comedianshulerking My family’s from Florence, SC - a stones throw from Sumpter. Had some awesome summers down there working at my grandpas corner store in the bottom and going roller skating every Sunday. 😀
Yes sir... Grandma Nanna Boo🍌🍌🍌 Shuler they knew you blast them for🍌🍌 Bannanna wrong like that lol🙃 so they said oh heck no, so they thought they got by by putting Nana pudding 🤣🤣🤣
Them dirty roads keep your legs exfoliated! Lol! Rub some Vaseline on and take a walk to Nana's house. When you take your shower...Viola!! How you think country girls got that pretty skin?! Lol
I was born and raised in Sumter as well. Proud to be from there. Haven't lived there since 1987, but it's home and proud of where I come from. I visit very often. Yes, we r country and proud of it!
I loved Sumter. I from NYC and was in the military years ago. When I got out I went to live in Sumter with a friend who was still in. It was a great experience!
I was born and raised in Sumter. I also used to work at the Piggly Wiggly when I was in high school. They probably couldn't find the "b" and another "a". 🤣🤣😂😂
You are hilarious! I thought it was especially funny because I’m from Sumter and I’m currently living in Sumter and everything you said was so true. Lol
Hey shuler king, evening to you. I just love Nana pudding. I can make my own yet it's good to let someone else cook sometimes and it got cookies in it, shoot I think I'm going to Walmart to buy me some right now.
U kno thats gon be good if they say Nana oh yell straight country. From scratch I just hope they used the good Nilla wafers not the piggly wiggly ones🙊😜
