Hey this will depend on the keyboard you have as well and what are the Input/Outputs assigned for the Mic Input and signal it can receive. How this would work for a device that will receive a USB connection based Microphone is to plug the USB A into the device and the USB type B into the bottom of the Shure X2U. Then plug the XLR cable into the top of the Shure X2U and into the Mic you are wanting to convert. You will see the lights on the X2U go solid and respond to your voice when they have received the appropriate signal. This may require some troubleshooting on the keyboard side to confirm its acceptance of the USB connection then on the X2U side to make sure it is connecting to the mic correctly. Sorry I cant be a bigger help, but hope that leads you down the right troubleshooting path! Does anyone else in the community have any suggestions here?
