True haha. Just had an opponent attach 6 psychic energy on his drfbloom equipped with hero cape vs my greninja ex (fighting). Not exactly reading but rather checking out the details of the cards around him

The raging bolt guy was so tunneled on using raging bolt he didn't realize how good sandy shocks is in the matchup. I think that's the reason you still play one in the deck is for fighting weakness

There are a ton of fun decks like this in the format. This new sets been a good one. I am playing an Ogerpon and Sinistcha deck that's a ton of fun to snipe with.

I made a iron thorns ex future deck including the miraidon. That deck is insanely powerful. And i run 2 bravery charms in it too because I'm a sadistic man and a 280 body shutting off non-future abilities with a potential power output of 220 can be amazing.

This deck shows how rigged the PTCGL shuffling mechanisms are. Only 4 basic Pokemon but almost every Iron Thorns player can start the game with 0 - 1 mulligans. With a randomized (!) shuffling mechanism, they will end up with 4 - 8 mulligans. (Dont worry, I love to play against it, bc i can shut it down with my fluttermanes)

Day 87! I feel like a path to the peak pokemon feels pretty good for the game, especially with nothing else in format like it. It also makes for a hilarious deck!

looking at it the wasteland doesnt affect sandy shocks cause its a basic fighting type and the wasteland is basic non fighting

I got beat by it while playing Greninja ex. 6 turns never able to draw a candy and a ultra ball / ninja in the same hand. Then all my energies got hammered away
