Back in the day when people would say big muscles would make you lose flexibility I would show them pictures of Platz stretching. Shattered their false beliefs.
Yes, I never want ugly legs like that, almost useless for walking! So I am super motivated to stay away from the stereoids, other PEDs, and wasted days in the gym. Normal, good-looking, fit and functional legs are 100% better. And I will live much longer without the drugs.
If you can squat but you have knee problems Squat with a smith machine.... It will be a game changer for you trust me I know. You still get quad, hamstring, glute and core action.🔥🔥🔥
You really have to ask yourself what your ultimate physique goals are..... The vast majority of women are turned off by overdeveloped legs like this, calling them "disgusting looking". And legs this thick aren't very practical for walking around everyday either as their sheer size limits range of motion and stride length. I've seen these guys out walking and they waddle around like a fat person. So, if you're not going to be a professional bodybuilder and want to develop legs like this, are you training just to impress the other guys in the gym? What is your point?
Also, with all the stereoids and other PEDs you need, your wiener and nuts will shrivel, and your life expectancy drops dramatically. 💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉✝ Bigorexia is a life threatening mental disorder, on par with anorexia.
We don't need motivation from guys who cheat and lied about the enhancement drug they are taking to gain muscle, we honest natural weight trainer who trained for longevity.
Lmao you acting like they don't go to the gym and at all or like they go to the gym and lift baby weight. They still work out hard and lift heavy weight. You a clown
This is a fantastic video. Thanks. The Jon Andersen Channel also includes motivating and inspiring workout routines and ideas. You are welcome to take a peek at it.
@@matinmakhosi1101 No problem, Bodybuilding is legs..if you dont have huge quads, youre not a Bodybuilder.Legs is a whole different level. It takes years to build great legs imo..it takes pain and suffering.Squatting 5 or 6 plates for 10 , 12 reps all the way down is hard and sometimes you want to just give up, You feel dizzy, you feel pain, but you keep on going..every rep is one step closer to your goal. Then again its not about heavy weight alone..Squatting 15,20,30 reps with light weight is even harder, and gives great results too.
Is anyone else feel like doing something badass? I just want to lift ever damn thing not bolted down 🧔♂💪💪💪💪 But before I start I must lift up mouse, scroll over to suggested videos from youtube " Mortician Answers Dead Body Questions from twitter", Proceeds to binge watch until hungry, makes a sandwich, makes a 2nd sandwich (this time adding potato chips inside) Likes sandwich so much makes third sandwich, gets full, lays on couch, wakes up, streams the Avengers movie, makes 4th sandwich, eats half of sandwich, realize sandwich isnt as good without chips, corrects mistake and adds chips to 5th sandwich..... Wait....... WTH are we talking about again🤔 Oh yeah "The Avengers" goes back to RU-vid to rewatch Captain America yell "AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!!!!" like 30X, and then clicks on Tony Stark saying " I am, Iron " while mimicking snapping finger with potato chip crumbs falling all over the floor. After being super bummed out about Iron Man dying and watching Peter Parker sad reaction like 40X's, I go to bed..... Hmmmmm, I have no idea how I got here. Oh Right, On to the Gym 💪, but first I must click on this quick video about "Harry Potter, but with Guns" ....
Your videos are amazing but the narration is something u need to work on. It is not giving any poetic information or any kind of motivation. Better if you improve your narrative skills or remove them completely.
all these dudes are self-made cripples, no one here can run a mile. Also it's funny that Ronnie Coleman is shown, because squatting did him a lot of good. If you are squatting more than x2 your body weight and not a professional athlete or Olympian, you are making a mistake
