Not really. Sanemi is only angry with him when he has to be (for example, the hashira meeting in the fourth season when Giyuu walks out on an important discussion). Since Giyuu's opinion on Sanemi is basically: He's grumpy. Only Iguro ever seems to badmouth him, and just like Sanemi, only when the situation demands it or when Tomioka is mentioned. His words is/are the only "trash-talking" part that you're trying to say here as Giyu actually seems to be affected by it. (Giyu's opinion on Obanai: I feel sad when he badmouths me.) Most people forget that they are professional adults who have better things to do than trashtalk Tomioka all the time.
