In this particular video, he is discussing 'Journalism and Defamation' with The Wire who is the recent victim of Defamation. I don't know if Jay Shah has made money legally or not, all I know is he hasn't appeared before the court in any of the hearings so far, giving reasons as vague as 'social works', while the complete Wire team was there every time. This certainly is a mockery of our judicial system to my understanding. What do you think?
