I dont use fleet/phase rush, but I could see phase rush being viable against champions like darius/olaf/sett/garen where they just run you down. Besides that I dont see a good reason to run it
@@queenxersai that’s the name of the rune!!! Also yeah that makes sense, I just know that when playing Tahm vs ranged matchups, fleet with all the sustain runes is very good and was wondering if it worked as well for rek sai.
