i feel like a lot of supernatural fans are introverts, at least i am. it's lovely that all of the actors and actresses on spn are so humble and sweet. makes me feel at home; like i belong. : ))

I find it adorable that Misha spent five minutes explaining exposure therapy. Like he gave an example, offered a success story, quoted the benefits. It's hilarious.

You have your whole life to be scared of. And just the overall fact that they go onto the floor and level themselves with the fans. Everyone on this show are the sweetest, caring people, Especially Misha. They all just make people feel as though they are worth something. I'm a grown man and I had tears in my eyes because of this video.

I think a lot of people that belong in a fandom are somewhat introvert.

I straight-up started sobbing when Misha gave the young woman a hug (around 10:10).

When Mark went up to that nervous girl and put his arm around her I STARTED BALLING CRYING just because if he did that to me I would just cry a river and I'm like her, very introverted and nervous.

the scene with Misha talking about stepping outside of your comfort zone has really helped me and i managed to talk in front of my health class for a project (clearly and loud enough) which is a huge accomplishment sorry im ranting

I love that Misha wanted to pull the girl up on stage! I feel like he wanted to help her through that fear which is awesome! I want to be an actress and I'm very introverted. I'm getting through it and what Misha said is exactly right!!! I am conquering my fear and I'm so happy!!!

They know what it's like to be shy, they know what it's like to be depressed, they know what it's like to meet their fears. And they help people to manage their fear.

I just went to my first SPN Convention in New Orleans and I was at Mark Sheppard's panel and when it was my turn to ask my question I straight up started crying and he came over and liked held me until I was okay. I seriously love that man.

All shyness goes away whenever Ruth brings the candies out. It's like, nope! I am NOT an introvert AT ALL.

Misha is so sweet. He just understands and knowd how to put people at ease. Also Mark notices someone is nervous then goes up to them. But you can see his demenour change once the girl who he hugs starts crying. He kind of goes all soft and just hugs her even more to comfort her. I also love that these guys who we see on stage being funny and just entertaining everyone admits to being scared about it. It shows that its ok to be scared of something and that it can be overcome. But i love that Misha says he still gets nervous even though hea done it a million times. Thats it once one of them starts the other always starts. The first clip. Jared started it Jensen just carried on.

Awwww! Whoever that girl was who started crying, I want to hug you for the rest of your life!!! (Yeah, I'm probably not good for people with social anxiety....) I have insane anxiety when it comes to talking to people, but I hate seeing other people scared of social interaction. So I will give you hugs even though it may take a minute to get the nerve. 😂

Most of the actors and actresses on supernatural are shy and almost all supernatural fans are shy unless we are around each other

God I love Misha hes so sweet to that girl, he totally felt her because like he says he used to be there. I felt everything he said it meant alot. Also the fact misha met his wife at as a teen is so cute AND OMG WHEN MARK WENT UP AND PUT HIS ARM AROUND THE GIRL! That's the first bts I've seen of him and it was so sweet omg and then misha did it with another girl god I love these guys so much.

I know I'm shy and if I saw any of them I couldn't go up to them and ask them for pictures or an autograph or just even talk to them...

honestly when i first saw those convention videos i just thought they have really marketable personalities and are trying to play on that and make money, but they honestly seem like really smart, nice people.

These people are some of the nicest people I've seen to react to crying fans and ones having bad anxiety. This is why i love these dorks

I am going to say that misha is amazing. At VegasCon 2018 I got picked to ask a question. I was first on the right side and he started at the left. So I was second. The minute it was my turn I started balling. I wrote stuff to say on my phone because I am extremely introverted and I have social anxiety. I didn’t read anything off of my phone because my eyes were filled with tears so I guess my words were more meaningful. The last thing I said in my shortish speech was Thank you for showing me there is good in this world and without you I wouldn’t be here. He ran up from the stage and hugged me and I sobbed into his shoulder. It is one of the best memories I have had and it was only yesterday. I love you Misha. Thank you. ❤️

7:30 it was so interesting (and inspiring) to hear Misha talk about that because i have severe social anxiety disorder (can't go on meds) and i hate a school project a few months ago where i had to knock on people's doors and interview the people...i was too terrified to and was offered an alternative project instead (thankfully)....i guess it's just interesting realizing that actors have experienced/continue to experience similar things

Misha is so sweet. :') He manages to be gentle and emphatic, even though he sometimes behaves like a crazy cartoon! Misha is my kind of guy.

I had an internship this week and monday was my first day. So I walked in the room where I had to be and every single person in the room stopped talking and turned their head towards me.... I had no idea what to do so I sat down and hoped that they would start to talk again what, of course, they didn't do. And when it was time to work everybody stood up and walked away, everybody exept one woman. So when I finally had enough Courage I explaind my situation. She was very nice and she kinda took me under her wing that morning. So my internship turned out really good but that was one of the most terrifying things that I have ever done!

This is why their fans love them. They are completely and utterly themselves, without pretension, unafraid to share a challenge they have and they make themselves available to the fans. They're also talented and the show is awesome.

Honestly I’ve been watching spn videos all night and god I love how Jared and Jensen have become just like brothers in real life. It makes me so happy.

I have traits of a introvert and a extrovert. I used to be introverted as a child because of self esteem issue and because I was afraid of speaking. I improved overtime, but I sometimes revert back into a introvert. This video proves that introverts can be heard and we do have a voice. Stepping out of your comfort zone is scary as hell, but it shows that you can keep going.

I am totally Kim Rhodes when people ask me to sing. I freak out. The whole "You have such a beautiful voice! Sing for us!" My response used to be huge bag of NOPE! Nopity nope nope! And hide. This past year I met a group of people who are helping me get over that. Slowly but surely I'm getting there. I seriously wanted to cry when I heard Kim. And I'm totally an introvert like Misha.

Is it a good thing if you are both ? Because that”s how I feel. I relate to both and I have the same mannerisms from both but it depends of the situation at hand if I behave like an introvert or an extrovert.

My favourite character are Misha, Dean, Crowley - never thought I would say the King of hell is one of my favourite characters - and Sam in that order, they are so kind and caring as are the rest of the cast

ok, in preschool, i came in later than everyone else one day, and everyone was playing outide. THE WHOLE TIME I STOOD AT THE DOOR TERRYFIED. I didnt know wether to call for help of just open the door or what, but by the time i actually went to do it, the door opened and everyone came in. I never got to go outside that fateful day...

Man, this whole thing made me cry-their comments mean so much to me. Misha’s, especially. I really struggle with pushing against that inherent resistance; so, hearing Misha, Jensen, and Jared’s experiences... MAN, it actually helps enormously.

I have really bad social anxiety and i met misha, osric, David, adam and mark P at asylum and i was so nervous and i nearly fainted on misha but he comforted me and said " just coming up to me being so nervous is a great step to overcoming anxiety" i cried on him 😂

I love being an introvert that sometimes seems like an extrovert...I'm not an extrovert, just an introvert that changes herself in different groups. Sometimes that doesn't work though, because an introvert needs to recharge after long extrovert situations.

Misha Collins is making the world a better place by being in it.

Is so nice that these people can open up about their insecurities and fears. They all understanding and loving people and this is one of the many reasons i love this show and the actors and fans
