The victim? Three people were hit that night and two of them said it was Shyne. The third victim said she seen muzzle blast from both Shyne and Diddy's firearm before she was hit but don't know which one hit her. None of the victims testified that Diddy was the one who hit them

Crazy how snitching has become this coverall word even when it don’t fit. Especially the snitching allegations that get thrown around these days is when a civilian who had nothing to do with committing a so-called crime talks to enforcement. That’s telling, reporting, informing, making a statement, testifying, etc, yet not snitching or being a rat. It’s a civilian doing their civic duty. I’m not even saying I agree with it, yet who can fault for example a grandma who knows about why stray bu!!ets hit her house and barely missed her grandkids, for telling about what she saw take place? I wouldn’t hold it against her. Now if one of the guys doing the work says something incriminating to enforcement about anyone other than himself (maybe even including himself?), THAT is snitching. And there would be a paper trail to follow. Nowhere on paper is Shyne noted as saying who f!red the r0und which h!t the lady.
