Siamo Banditi/ The commander of my group is song about a group of workers and being drafted by the Italian army, they are made fun of for being poor and disorganized. But they don't want uniforms, because they aren't soldiers, they are bandits against capitalism and the bourgeois state.

Notes: 0:22 Note that i'm using the slur only because the song is also using the slur. In Italian the proper way to call a romani person is "Rom", because romani means "from Rome" and has a different connotation. 1:17 the literal translation is "Grey-Green uniforms", which means military ones. 1:57 I have reviewed this part 50 times and I still missed the "colred", it's meant to be colored.

I'm looking for description's of all the pieces of clothing (or at least an idea of what they're about) and the only one i'm not getting anything back on is " the lifrock's gaiter's" like i know what gaiters are but you got any idea what a lifrock is? is it just, like, a company?

Compagno, il tuo repertorio di canzoni è notevole, e sono tutte di qualità. Da dove le prendi? Ci tenevo poi a farti i complimenti, non conoscevo molti dei brani che proponi e mi piacciono moltissimo. Gli anni '60 e '70 furono davvero un'epoca d'oro per quanto riguarda questo tipo di canzoni, senza contare tutti gli adattamenti di quelle della tradizione popolare.

Sono sempre stato un fan del Canzoniere delle Lame e dell'ammazzapreti. Le canzoni sono state scaricate da RU-vid (solitamente prendo i link che si trovano su il Deposito), tranne l'ammazzapreti che ho digitalizzato da solo avendo il giradischi e il disco in vinile.
