Sibahle Benya convicted of fraud 

Eastern Cape National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Luxolo Tyali
has confirmed that Sibahle Benya has been convicted of fraud.
This after claiming to be a director of Mnquma Local Municipality in
Butterworth to solicit money from jobseekers.
A victim raised the matter with the municipality, which opened a fraud case.
