Kapil Sibbal should be sent to Bollywood to act. I really don't know how judges tolerate this man. Sometimes he laughs in a serious matter, makes all kind of faces, makes all kinds of gestures. Judges have lot of patience.

This is more than drama. Defense's five lawyers speaking almost simultaneously. Shaking their bodies furiously, moving their hands. Plaintiff attorney doing same or similar. No system not waiting to hear fully before responding. Sibal team is more aggressive than the other side. I love all three judges able to understand this street type behavior. I am not sure they can give proper judgement under such circumstances. Not once did any judge said Order Order.

These judges don't seem to be in control of their court. They allow Sibal to dictate all the proceedings. And I don't understand why there is no CBI spokesperson to confirm/deny whatever Sibal is saying, right there on the spot ? This seems to be a huge gap created by the judges themselves. So unprofessional.
