Not canonically, no, but pushing that aside, the game leaves the imagination to run hog wild with what can be in an alternate universe, including seeing Murtaugh reuniting with his (or her) siblings.
I'm pretty sure the Black one was the sibling and the white one with some little orange spots the mom, because the stray cat fought with the black one like with a sibling ( or with her tail ), while he was very gentle with the white one
