Hi Drs. Any thoughts would be greatly aopreciated. My heartfelt gratitud. I am so frustrated and doubtful of my dentist. They(3 of them working in my case rotation) placed a bone graft on my upper left but did not place bonr graft on the right. Nov.2018 placed 6 implants. March 2019 placed abutment which is moderately painful. After 3 days one abutment lost. The other dentist replaced all 6 coz she thinks it is all small. 10 days later 2 abutments fell off. It was friday. One hole has pus. Monday the dentist just punched the closed gum tissue with the abutment. I was surprised she didn't open the gums to clean it. I am already concerned about the bone since they did not place bone graft and now abutment fell off I saw pus then gums closed and the dentist just punched back the screw. I am so frustrated as they kept on saying its okay when I think its not because I am in pulsating pain
