FILM DESCRIPTION:
FBI agent Matt Graver calls on mysterious operative Alejandro Gillick when Mexican drug cartels start to smuggle terrorists across the U.S. border. The war escalates even further when Alejandro kidnaps a top kingpin's daughter to deliberately increase the tensions. When the young girl is seen as collateral damage, the two men will determine her fate as they question everything that they are fighting for.

Say what you will in comparison to the first film. This movie was still pretty solid. I always thought they perfectly nailed the portrayal of clandestine operatives. These guys are so badass they patch themselves up like getting wounded is no big deal at all.

His first appearance shows him dragging a dead comrade with an RPG on his back before dropping both and "jacking the ride". This confirms that he was one of the cartel fighters firing at the vehicles from the road. His injuries show that he was probably the only survivor from the drone strike.

He was part of the rival cartel yes, and she was clearly the target. However, he could have said her name for a number of reasons: 1.) He got out of the truck and said her name unassumingly to appear trustworthy. 2.) He was too obvious in appearance to be subtle, so it didn't really matter. 3.) He was wounded and slightly disoriented, making him more prone to make mistakes. I personally don't think saying her name made a difference (in fact on my first viewing I didn't even notice). His appearance was enough to give himself away.

Depends if the wheels are actually balanced, but I've had them up to 80mph. As far as even going that fast, those might have the 4l80e transmissions vs the 3l80, which will certainly help. They don't appear to be the 6.5 turbo though.

Initially highly successful operation. Then all gangbangers disappear and make sure they look like everybody else. The authorities have a hard time time selecting targets accurately. Several innocent people are killed accidentally by the authorities. People start sympathising with the gangbangers. Locals who wouldn't normally be a problem, but have lost family members/ friends to authority attacks, start ambushing and killing members of the authority teams. The authorities become scared and paranoid, kill more innocents because of this. More locals kill authority members. And so on and so on. Literally every occupation of one country by another follows this pattern. Something that unfortunately ISIS and Al Qaeda are adept at exploiting in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Chechnya and Saudi Arabia.

You could start targeting by race but again the fight would get extremely messy. You're better off just setting up a huge million dollar surveillance system and placing a checkpoint at every corner in a bad neighborhood.
