So true on the psychology.. I did 6x0.5 miles today, and was sooooo close to ditching the last rep as I was suffering and knew it would be uphill! Dug in, got it done, and felt so chuffed that I'd conquered it. It was the slowest of the 6, but way better than not having done it. I think that mental battle is so important for race day too - you get used to digging in and getting it done to the point where it comes naturally.
Yeah definitely it’s just about digging in and learning to keep pushing! Like today was hard but I am sure I’ll get there!! Well done for getting through yours mate
