In this clip, DJ Vlad reveals to Sick Jacken that Psycho Realm was on the first mixtape he ever produced, a project that was heavily inspired by the Soul Assassins movement. From there Sick Jacken begins to share his life story growing up in gang affiliated Los Angeles, during a time period between the 1970’s and 80’s that he described as the ‘Lord of the Flies.’ During the interview, he also speaks on why he doesn't do many interviews, likening himself to "Prince but less purple."
