NYS ENA Educational Session: "Sick kid or not...that is the question"
Almost 80% of pediatric patients seeking emergency care are treated in community emergency departments. Many emergency nurses report feeling uncomfortable recognizing which of these children may be critically ill. This case-based session will provide tips and tricks to help differentiate between children who require care immediately and those who are safe to wait.
