What a inspiring story of Gurukul education and Harvard college… This youngster has proved that Sanskrit, Traditional Music, culture and education from the best University of the US have no contradiction. His English is also perfect. Wow. I grew up differently in USA, and would’ve loved to go Agastya Gurukulam in my younger years of schooling in USA. He has a big advantage where I’m struggling to learn Samskritam and mridangam at 29 lol.

Wonderful. Thanks for bringing this unique insight into Gurukulam style taught kid who has grasped the world oldest language ( sanskrit) and put that into modern world of computers. As a middle class tambrahm living in Toronto, it's impossible to let my kids to get private education. You need to have good financial background to even have the liberty to take such endeavours.
You are right. Point Is , the public schools are v good. And my extended family invested time and effort in taking the kids to Chinmaya Mission on Sunday’s to provide the cultural identity that they needed. Parents also have to monitor working of the kids’ minds view the peer pressures that they are exposed to especially the counter culture that they are confronted with.

Refreshing to hear Siddhartha's education and experience. A lot of NRI's distance themselves from their roots, traditions at the earliest as they feel ashamed to practice it abroad, adapt Western norms to desperately get accepted in the society. Then slowly everything changes from dressing, eating habits, drinking , relationships and finally become lost individuals.

His lectures counted in 84 thousand Dhamma skandas. 2000 vinayas. 82000 Sutta Pathak.His knowledge has four pillars. 1) First pillar is remembering countless past births, himself, (i.e countless of Cycles of creation and distribution of universe) told history of 549 birth. 2) Second pillar, is remembering and knowledge of rebirth of all living bing of universe.. 91 Cycles of creation and destruction of universe. 3) Third pillar of his knowledge is experienceing Dhamma( flow) of universe, I.e birth and death for everyone. 4) Fourth pillar of his knowledge arrived, after destruction all wrong knowledge. He told history of his past 549 birth, which gives history of evolution of many cosmos, he told 27 past Budhas history. Universe is divided in to 31 lokads These 31 planes of existence comprise 20 planes of supreme deities (brahmas); 6 planes of deities (devas); the human plane (Manussa); and lastly 4 planes of deprivation or unhappiness (Apaya). The 31 planes are divided into three separate levels or realms: Arupaloka, Rupaloka and Kamaloka. Life span of countless trillions of years., He leave his path of purification... which help for complete understanding entire universe and suffered one to become suffering free. Apka mangal ho KALAMA SUTTA Do not believe in anything (simply) because you have heard it. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. Do not believe in anything because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything (simply) because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it BUDDHA Anguttara Nikāya, Vol, 188-193
