Yes I agree!! I think they can’t admit to how good the quality and engineering is compared to polaris! Because they are sponsored by polaris and everyone else that pushes the polaris!! We all know they are junk and the CVT design is truly crap!! Deep down they know that the polaris can’t even compare!!! Wildcat xx is years ahead in quality and engineering and is superb!! Anyway!! Jonathan Cole I guarantee operator error I’m sure!!! Not properly broke in and or fluid levels not checked!! Sorry dude! But the XX is amazing!!! I don’t know of any others with that issue other than from what I stated above! 80% of mechanical issue always lead back to operator error and or improper maintenance!
@@outdoorzone the oil pumps and water pump impellers are both known to have flaws, and many of the engines were assembled with assembly grease that got caught in the oil filter during break in and starved the engines of oil causing an alarming number of blown engines. That's not to even count all the units improperly set up from the factory and no communication with dealers regarding the extra PDI needed. Also the transaxle is glass jawed and has been exposed as having sub par headsets that are too weak for even normal trail riding. Although this is rumoured to be fixed for the 2020 units.
Jonathan Cole it’s an easy fix that they addressed...way early on! They switched to the wix filters and that solved that! Beyond that there’s nothing to worry about! Follow the recommended break in and your good! Unlike polaris that’s had many years to refine and fix flaws and nothing but disappointments and ripping off the un-informed buyers! Pure junk....for years!!!! Sorry you can’t except that!!! Polaris is a pure rip off and making millions off ignorant buyers! Sheeple people that buy there products like yeti coolers!! I know several people that use to own Polaris and completely regretted it as they worked on there units more than they rode them and almost all of them are sitting for sale!!! Polaris has more negative reviews and buyer complaints than any product on the market!!! Look it up!! Epic fail!!!! Unfortunately people don’t research and do what there friends do which is so sad.,,,Polaris is pure crap as they have had years to refine the quality and failed many times over!!! Terrible quality assurance! Textron fixed issues immediately and these units far succeeded anything Polaris has produced in last 10 years...No comparison! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! That’s Polaris for you!!! They should be poster child for the left wing democrats!!! Buy something else! Like arctic cat, yamaha, Kawasaki or Honda. I will put my wildcat xx against any brand or a Polaris unit any day of the week against quality, reliability and the naturally aspirated power!!! Bring it!!!!! Polaris is pure junk!!! Polaris is making millions off upgrades to there junk machines they sell!! Thats the whole scheme of things, plain and simple! I guarantee that my wildcat xx will survive a Baja 1000 in stock form way before a stock Polaris! Oh yeah you gotta upgrade everything to even qualify to race a real competition like the Baja 1000. Doesn’t compare sorry!!! It is what it is!!!
