Why are side lateral shoulder raises so difficult to get stronger at doing, what could I be doing wrong I'm on the same weight for well over a year, Thankyou in advance. Great video.
@toryanrespress3349 Right, and his form is absolute trash. Swinging for momentum on the reps. Dude is only getting about 40% of the benefits he is working for. Slow and controlled the whole rep. If I'm working my biceps and I'm swinging my curls I'm not doing anything for my biceps. If I'm generating momentum with my body instead of isolating the movement to the muscle I'm trying to engage then I'm wasting time. Also, this dude has never seen a squat rack either.
While doing this exercise please ensure that you don't swing too much back and forth. Also if required lower down the weight else your traps are coming into the equation.
Finally, someone else with some sense. It's very aesthetically unappealing. It looks funny as hell. This dude has never seen a squat rack. Leg day skips him, lol. "You can't build a brick house without a solid foundation"
