This video is so helpful! Hiring managers want to see if you truly have a mindset of a PM and nothing can help more than having side projects where you've acted as a PM from start to finish. I really found the point that you made about incorporating side hustles valuable because I never included mine in my resume! Will be adding those. Thank you!
