I wouldn't say Among us and Fall Guys are dead. Not by a long shot! And they aren't old, they've only been out a few years. Whenever I play them, games are always full and there's still loooads of daily players. Among us has 100+ million monthly players and Fall Guys has a few million monthly players. Compare that to Minecraft which has 70+ million monthly players... Yeah they're all still popular games.
