I couldn't believe it. Wish I would have looked at RU-vid earlier, but I pick up my phone and here's "The BEST" instructor. I've learned more in a little over 10 minutes than I could watching so, so many others and still say...huh..lol.

Guilty as charged. Guess I'm better about training than I am trimming! In my defense though, he's always tended to be low in the heel and long in the toe. (front feet) Whenever I try to stand him up more he goes lame.
I usually introduce lateral work from a stand still; first through groundwork and then mounted work. After the horse has an idea of what I want, I will add forward motion. (our 3rd and 4th videos might be of help to you)
