By the way the history which is told in the song is completely wrong. The battle between Sikhs and Afghans about which he is talking was not one sided at all but he narrates it in a very harsh way.Dost Muhammad was the person who killed Hari Singh. Hari Singh was also not a great person .He prohibited azaans publically , he closed mosques in area of Kashmir , he doubled the taxes only for Muslim farmers , he annoced to kill people who slaghtered cows . There is not any authentic report where he was cslled as greatest general.Yes he fought many wars but after his death all the land which he conquered was taken up by British in no time. History is always two sided and no historian called either of side completely right.
