Jatts aren’t peasants. They were the farmer class who fought as warriors during our wars and in present time they have risen up in the caste system and have solidified themselves as the top caste in Punjab because land ownership became a big thing in post war Punjab and the farmers or the jatts owned all the land and with that came money and power. We’re basically hood mfs made it. Because there were other castes that were higher such as the educated class but because of our hard work and resilience we have pushed ourselves to the top of the leader board.
