One year jail term for killing a person is just too less..such a lopsided justice ⚖ while the victim's family mourns and suffers for the rest of their live...and after one year, the laughter maniac will be back in shows..
It is a mockery of Justice in Sidhu case. What would have happened if Sidhu was hit and injured by some one else instead? He has committed a crime of killing another man for such a trivial reason. I don't think that his next to nothing punishment is justified.
Let's remember Stan Swami and how he succumbed to inhumane torture in jail. Compare his situation to that of a gruesome murderer and a laughter maniac, we will understand how state machinery favours him.

Indian judiciary is in need of urgent and drastic reforms, especially punishment needs to be in accordance with severity of crime (civil code needs to be detailed to be precise, currently the punishment is based on judges judgement not by books), have a fixed time frame for both lawyers to present there's case, delivery of case closing in a fix time frame ( justice delayed is justice denied). Judges ought to put away there ego behind and work on it immediately.

If a person died by any natural disaster or if any mishappening happen even government gives 4-5 lakh as a compansation. Quadis are quadies. All should be treated equally. Money shouldn't by anything. Court should ask Siddhu to give some amount to the victim's family.
If I was the PM, I would kept such arrogant proud criminals without any VIP treatment & even do ammendments in law & constitution. Ek toh crime Kiya, upar se demands are more than a VIP. This is one big menace in Bharat. Tarik pe tarik, giving bails to convicted criminals should be stopped.

On a serious note 1 yr rigorous imprisonment for snatching away a person's life is no way adequate or compensatory enough for a family who lost a loved one.in a nutshell haay lag jati hai kabhi kabhi as karma never loses its address!
Honestly when I was crazily watching the Kapil's show I even liked Sidhu and his mad laughter as it complimented the show. I totally forgot the crime the latter did years ago. Now I'd say the punishment is nothing for what he did to an innocent man dause of road rage
Prisoners will be taken to spl hospital and constant watch And Given Care if any body is very sick.punishment always punishment and complete the days is must per law..
