It's so awesome to see Sid and Geno being best of buddies and teammates, transcending the fact that one is Canadian and the other Russian. When Canada won gold at the IIHF 2015, versus Russia, most of the Russian players left the ice except for a few NHLer Russians including Malkin and Ovi. It's good to see that they have class and respect even in defeat. I felt for Malkin a lot because you love to see Canada win gold but hard to do that against your own teammate and friend who clearly struggled and was frustrated in the gold medal game.
Princess Only Ovie Malkin and 2 others stayed for the Canadian anthem. That is a big no no to leave before anthem played. You obviously do not watch international hockey or you would understand this. Ovie was embarrassed and angry at his teammates that left. Ovie and Malkin have grace and class.
You know you made the NHL when there is a "stick room" with a power saw at the rink. We were lucky of somebody had a hacksaw in their bag to work on the sticks.
BFMVrocks34 I am pretty scared of the Flames to be honest. Hopefully my guys don't take the youthful Flames for granted. Best of luck against the Rangers.
JeremyCuddles Yeah the Flames are a young group who are on a roll and you never know they'll be able to hold onto their spark! Hopefully Miller can return though, Lack's solid but it'd be best to have your #1 back asap in my opinion. Thanks!! They showed promise against them last night after a shaky first period so I'm hopeful we can knock them out!! (gotta get revenge after last year haha)
The “want me to hold it while you cut it?” Is low key the funniest part. If Sid never lets anyone touch his twigs… that’s just brotherly love, right there. Needling him on camera
One is a funny smartass and the other one is a Class A asshole to teammates and fans who thinks he is God's gift to sports. Malkin is nothing like that douchenozzle.
One of the statistical worst forwards in NHL history. I know, cause im a ranger fan. Apparently hes just a great guy, and that's why hes still in the NHL.
What amazes me about Crosby, is that he’s 5’11 180 pds. He’s not 6’3 225 pds like Ovechkin or Matthews There are so many talented players in the NHL, even under 5’9 and Patrick Kane at 5’8 is one of them. I think parents and scouts, should stop eliminating kids just because of their height. I was supposed to be drafted in early 2011 at 6’0 172 pds. I got injured and I was told that my injury would rule me out after major juniors and then told if I were 6’2 I’d have a better chance as a forward going round 2. Broke my heart.

What the fuck is your problem dude? All I asked is if anybody knows how short his stick is, since I see every game his looks significantly shorter than others...
All good man. I'm pretty sure Crosby's nearly straight curve is the secret. He does have a short shaft but not crazy short. He's only 5"11" so I'm pretty sure the stick is around 5"2" or 62"......but not sure.
