Siege Tank Glitch Shot and Infinite Range Bug 101 

You're right to be excited about this! Good work, I've wanted to understand the passive glitch shot for a while. I'll think about where I'd want to use it, most countries don't have tanks, difficult defenses, and a nearby CC or pylon to glitch off of. The fact that morocco can do it is probably relevant somehow but I'm not sure where yet, maybe clearing cannons for portugal without clearing the gunpads? But the tanks need to be in range of something they can hit, so you need a fast air unit to take damage to set up the snipe while the tanks are hitting spain CC. Poland taking denmark would look promising if we didn't have to burst Berlin first pay...
