We have a AI card of Siemens 331-7kf02-OABO IT SHOWS SF FAULT BUT ITS HAS NO JUMPER IN AI MODULE SO WHAT SHOULD I DO

Dear sometimes this error appears due to open loop or wire break, over current more than 22mA or low loop current LEDs than 3.40 mA approx. If loop is OK then unscrew and lift up AI module and put back sometimes it hangs. Otherwise final replace the AI module.

Assalaamualaikum wr. Wb Anyone can help me? I have problem with input signal using pcs7 . Plc S7-400 I have message from DCS PLC process C : error : input disturbed-792.5 PLC process G : error : input disturbed-679.4 PLC process QS: error:input distrubed-679.4 Operator input C: acknowlegment plc process control message I have 6 termocouople 4-20mA and 6 sensor at the same modul, chanel 1-6, and the signal sometime disturbed. And makes the machine interlocking. I also have tracking connection replace modul and the sensors, but problem is still dosnt solved. Any suggest for me like increase sampling time from 200ms to 500ms or something else. Thanks you
