Got this in September 2024 but had to be returned. Essentially it is a good machine but there was a software issue that meant the machine did not end the final spin in the Powerspeed 59 program. This may have been a one off but quite dangerous had it burnt out. The heatshield was removed as it had a crack in it. The app on these needs some work and I was unable to run 'Iron less' or 'Shirts' without it. Replaced with an IQ500 which has been great.
