@CrunchyNut Cracker, I use the Benro AD71F with the Pochade Box. I'm not sure if they make this model any more. I bought it some years ago. It weighs about 11 pounds, and It's very sturdy. However you can use any tripod that you like. Hope this helps.
@CrunchyNutCracker, I took it out a couple of times earlier in the year and also used it in my backyard with no problems. So yes, it supports the pochade box very well.
