Honestly as a 30 year old gay man, her confusion and concerned reaction at what she's witnessing is how I feel when I see footage from pride parades in the past few years. The increasing number of gender-confused children marching in them, the transgenders and "genderless" people, etc......that used to always make up a tiny, super small portion of traditional pride parades that were mainly for gays and lesbians to protest for the same rights and recognition as straight couples.
