When I got this, it 100% smelled like a bag of weed. I was actually shocked at the amount of the smell I got from it to the point where had to make sure someone didn't get me some weed infused beer. Overall, I enjoyed it. Fruity, LOTS of carbonation, smooth mouth feel and just all around good flavor.
I recently had a beer that was infused with cannabis terpenes and it was WILD. I totally know what you mean when you say you smelled what you did. Great shelf beer! 🍻
I was also suggested to review this one, but haven't seen it at all here. Really bummed out, but maybe it'll show up soon. Sounds awesome, especially since it looks like a hazy but drinks like an old school WCIPA. GIVE ME ALL THE SPRUCE! Nice review, brother. Cheers!
Yeah, that piney/sprucey is part of what i'd consider dank. And i believe they do use CTZ in this which all by itself is a lot like week, and definitely is dank. I'm not into hazies either, but i need to find this one, you sold me!
Have you tried Henhouse Big Chicken? Also, Claimstake Aint Getting Any Younger - both tipa. LMK if not Ill send you some. This would be a good review with Younger lurking.
I reviewed Big Chicken in ‘20, ‘21, and ‘22 I think? It’s been a few years. A buddy brought me a crowler of Ain’t Getting Any Younger for my birthday a few years ago but we’d been golfing all day and I don’t exactly remember it 😂😂😂
Been pretty eh/meh on the Little Things I've tried (Hazy, Tropical, did I try another?). Was planning on skipping, but after your take may have to try this one!
@@jsenigaglia OMG! I finally ended up buying a sixer. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. This is by far my favorite of the Little Things. Not only does it have that bitter back end that I want, but on the palate - it's like nothing I've ever drank before. I did get that minty-floral vibe, but there's also some kind of indescribable fruitiness to it too, but different than hazy IPA fruitiness if that makes sense. For 7.5%, seriously a crusher
I’m not a fan of Sierra Nevada beers. Most of em are hop bombs, too bitter for me, like someone shoved a pine cone in a bottle. I know it’s enjoyable for many people but not for me. I do like some IPA’s, just not the old school west coast style. Great review anyways. 🍻
I love sierra nevada clear beers(celebration, torpedo) but their hazies do have a mass produced/lower quality feel to them as opposed to smaller/micro hazy beer producers.
