Great stuff! It's refreshing to see a Jeet Kune Do instructor that can actually hold his own in free sparring against a professional combat athlete.

Damn he's really good.. Once again, he's proved that Kung Fu/JKD or other TMAs are not useless.. with proper training and sparring, everything works

He really catches you out with those level change punches to the body at the end there, Jeff!

This guy is actually impressive

What is amazing that he is "just" a martial arts teacher (meaning he is *not* a professional athlete who gets paid to be in top fighting form for a certain peroids of time, preparring for particular fight events) and he goes toe to toe with a professional MMA fighter (Jeff) who is like 10 years younger- simply because that is like his general stamina and ability he owns every day. This is REAL martial arts baby
